ME-RMCPEA

Full-auto production of fixed-pitch ladders. A stile magazine and a rung magazine allow autonomous operation. A robot grips the stiles, performs specific machining and punching operations and then loads the machine automatically.

Stepladder machine

Our stepladder assembly machines manufacture aluminum stepladders. 

They implement a BOLLHOFF assembly technique using high-performance nail rivets, used for assembling aluminum plates in the automotive industry. This technique guarantees a very resistant assembly, far superior to the classic pop rivet assembly. 

The steps and uprights are loadedIt iss manually by the operator on mobile tools digitized by servo motor. 

4 BOLLHOFF crimping units fed by coils are mounted on digital carriages (Y, Z) and allow automatic assembly of the stepladder.

Mannequin machine

Dummy assembly machines allow the manufacture of flared or conical aluminum ladders. The ladders are pre-assembled by 1 operator on a dummy, specific tools for pre-centering the rungs or steps and uprights, mobile digitally driven by servo-motor.

The final assembly of the ladder is carried out automatically.

The advantage of this technology is its great versatility, the machine being able to adapt to all scale dimensions thanks to its digital axes.
